Subscription and Order Cancellation Policy

Some products in our store may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. Please review the policy below regarding changes, cancellations, and renewals.

Subscription Changes and Cancellations

Subscriptions can generally be modified, skipped, or canceled at any time, provided changes are made at least 24 hours before the next renewal date.

Exception – First Week Free Promotion

Subscriptions that include a First Week Free offer are subject to a minimum commitment of three paid renewal orders. These subscriptions cannot be canceled until all three paid renewals have been completed.

Customers are responsible for managing their subscription settings and making any desired changes before the applicable renewal cutoff.

Order Renewals and Refunds

All subscription orders renew automatically based on the selected delivery frequency.

To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, customers must skip, modify, or cancel their subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
