Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscription and Order Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions may be adjusted or canceled at any time. To avoid being charged for the next order, changes must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date. It is the customer’s responsibility to manage their subscription settings prior to this cutoff.

Once an order has been processed and renewed, it is immediately locked for fulfillment and cannot be canceled.

Because our team begins preparation shortly after renewal, we are unable to modify or cancel orders after they have been placed.
