FAQ

Are your meals halal?

Yes, every meal is 100% Zabihah Halal and prepared with verified ingredients.

How do I know if you deliver to my area?

We Deliver Nationwide! Enter your ZIP code during checkout to check delivery availability.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders may be canceled before 24 hours of the subscription renewal. Order modifications must be communicated prior to the shipping cutoffs seen in our shipping policy. Orders cannot be modified if past the 5pm cutoff before respective shipping days.

How do I store the meals?

Meals can be refrigerated upon delivery and consumed within 3-5 days. Alternatively, meals can be kept frozen for up to 3 months.

What if there’s a problem with my delivery?

Reach out within 48 hours at support@getcookt.com, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

How Deliveries Work

Fast and Reliable Delivery

Ships Mondays & Tuesdays

Refer to the Map to find your zone. We process and ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays to help meals arrive safely before the weekend.

Order Cutoffs

Orders are prioritized by time in transit first, then first in, first out for orders with the same transit time.

Orders placed before Sunday at 5 PM are eligible for Monday processing
Orders placed Sunday after 5 PM through Monday at 5 PM are eligible for Tuesday processing
Orders placed after Monday at 5 PM are processed the following week

Typical processing timing:

3-day transit orders are usually processed on Monday
2-day transit orders may be processed on Monday or Tuesday
1-day transit orders are usually processed on Tuesday

Tracking & Exceptions

Tracking information is typically sent once your order is handed off to the carrier and scanned, which may be the next business day after processing.
99% of orders follow the schedule above.
If the carrier adjusts the delivery date, it will appear directly in your tracking link.

How Subscriptions Work

Choose the meal plan and menu items that best suits your family's busy life.

After your first week, look out for a reminder email to select your meals a day before your subscription renews. The updates will be reflected in your next delivery.

NOTE: It is the customer's responsibility to manage their subscription and to pause or cancel before the renewal date.

Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled due to the preparation and planning nature of the business.

Receive your gourmet halal meals delivered weekly to your home and follow the heating instructions provided on the label for ultimate enjoyment

Since you are now on subscription, you will just need to do step 2 and repeat each week. Congrats on getting your time freedom back!
