Yes, every meal is 100% Zabihah Halal and prepared with verified ingredients.

How do I know if you deliver to my area?

We Deliver Nationwide! Enter your ZIP code during checkout to check delivery availability.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of the subscription creation or renewal.

How do I store the meals?

Meals can be refrigerated upon delivery and consumed within 3-5 days. Alternatively, meals can be kept frozen for up to 3 months.

What if there’s a problem with my delivery?

Reach out within 48 hours at support@getcookt.com, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Ships Monday–Thursday

Orders before 9 AM → Ship same day
Orders after 9 AM → Next eligible day

2-Day Shipping Zone

Ships Monday–Wednesday

Orders placed after Wednesday → Ship next Monday
Orders before 9 AM → Ship same day (Mon–Wed)

3-Day Shipping Zone

Ships Monday–Tuesday

Orders placed after Tuesday → Ship next Monday
Orders before 9 AM → Ship same day (Mon–Tue)

Why We Don't Ship for Weekend Delivery

FedEx does not guarantee frozen-safe handling on weekends.

To protect your meals, we only ship when we can ensure they arrive before Saturday.

Tracking & Exceptions

Once your order ships, you'll get a FedEx tracking number.
99% of orders follow the schedule above.
If FedEx adjusts the delivery date, it will appear directly in your tracking link.

How Subscriptions Work

Choose the meal plan and menu items that best suits your family's busy life.

After your first week, look out for a reminder email to select your meals a day before your subscription renews. The updates will be reflected in your next delivery.

NOTE: It is the customer's responsibility to manage their subscription and to pause or cancel before the renewal date.

Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled due to the preparation and planning nature of the business.

Receive your gourmet halal meals delivered weekly to your home and follow the heating instructions provided on the label for ultimate enjoyment

Since you are now on subscription, you will just need to do step 2 and repeat each week. Congrats on getting your time freedom back!
