Order Renewals

All orders are non-refundable once they have been processed and renewed.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders

Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives incorrect:

  • Contact support@getcookt.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include a clear photo of the affected items

  • Include a brief description of the issue

  • Approved claims will be resolved with a refund, issued at our discretion

Please note:

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, food items cannot be returned

  • Approved refunds typically process within 5–7 business days

 

Change of Mind

Because of the preparation and planning involved, we are unable to offer refunds for personal taste preferences or if meals were not refrigerated properly.
