How Deliveries Work 

Refer to the map to find your zone. We process and ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays to help meals arrive safely before the weekend.

Orders are prioritized by time in transit first, then first in, first out for orders with the same transit time.

• Orders placed before Sunday at 5 PM are eligible for Monday processing.
• Orders placed Sunday after 5 PM through Monday at 5 PM are eligible for Tuesday processing.
• Orders placed after Monday at 5 PM are processed the following week.

Typical Processing Timing

• 3-day transit orders are usually processed on Monday.
• 2-day transit orders may be processed on Monday or Tuesday.
• 1-day transit orders are usually processed on Tuesday.

Tracking & Exceptions

• Tracking information is typically sent once your order is handed off to the carrier and scanned, which may be the next business day after processing.
• 99% of orders follow the schedule above.
• If the carrier adjusts the delivery date, it will appear directly in your tracking link.
